Heckler & Koch Adds New Law Enforcement Sales Manager

Heckler and Koch recently promoted Jason Whitten to Law Enforcement Sales Manager.

In this position, Whitten will be the primary point of contact for law enforcement across local and state agencies. He will also be charged with growing HK’s law enforcement dealer base across the US.

Whitten joined Heckler & Koch in 2019 as a customer service representative. after retiring from law enforcement. Over a successful 25-year career, Jason served the people of Phenix City, Alabama as a patrol officer, narcotics agent, criminal Investigation unit commander, special response team commander and finally captain.

“We’re excited about this new opportunity for Jason,” Director of Sales and Program Management Nathan Schueth said. “Jason has the ground level law enforcement experience that should give him great empathy for our LE end user. At the same time, his extensive leadership experience in law enforcement, particularly in grants and procurement, will make him quite an asset now that he sits on the other side of the desk – so to speak.”

This change is effective immediately and Whitten is well prepared to hit the ground running. Jason commented: “It is a pleasure and honour to accept the position as Law Enforcement Sales Manager building upon my experience as an officer and service representative. I look forward to working with our existing and new law enforcement dealers, procurement officers, and end users to field quality tools with quality users.”
