Built for the demanding handgun shooter

In developing its red dot sight, German Precision Optics (GPO) implemented important features such as an auto power off function, automatic brightness adjustment based on ambient light, highly efficient power management with a battery life of up to 25,000 hours and IPX 7 water and dust resistance.

Battery replacement is possible with the visor mounted and the Spectra Pistol Dot’s compact and lightweight design makes it the perfect choice for all handguns with a Leupold interface. Equipped with a windage/elevation tactical click adjustment (MOA) it is also compatible with night vision technology, if needed.

Scope of delivery includes a picatinny base, CR1632 battery, Allen key for installation, a user manual and a rubber cap for protection and safe transport. The Spectra Pistol Dot from GPO will be available from selected retailers from October 2022.

German Precision Optics

German Precision Optics (GPO), based in the south of Munich, Germany, was founded in 2015 by former executives and heads of R&D within the optics industry. Their aim is to offer every passionate outdoor enthusiast the best possible and highest quality precision optics at a fair price. Following the success in their native Germany and the US, the team from GPO’s premium products are now also available for hunters, sport shooters, nature lovers and birdwatchers from numerous specialist retailers across Europe.

Every new product begins its journey in the GPO headquarters in Inning, with precise specification and development, including optical design and mechanical construction. Key components such as the electronics are developed and manufactured entirely in Germany. Software and menu navigation (e.g., Rangeguide, Rangetracker) are also specified and programmed there, considering the aspects of intuitive and comfortable user guidance. GPO attaches great importance to high-quality, modern and ergonomic design as well as selected materials – such as engraved and coloured decorative rings or operating elements, rubber-armoured eyecups made of aluminium or magnesium bridges with soft-touch coating.
