Triebel launches B2B portal

Triebel Waffenwerkzeuge GmbH has stood for precision and quality Made in Germany for more than 75 years. With the launch of a new B2B portal, investment in state-of-the-art metrology and the introduction of innovative tools, the company is once again setting standards for manufacturers of hunting and sporting firearms, police authorities, proof houses, institutions and ambitious handloaders.
With its new B2B portal, Triebel has created what it describes as the largest digital marketplace in Europe for cartridge chamber reamers and gauges. Business customers can now select complex tools with a single click, order directly and immediately access information such as price and availability. All transactions are handled via direct sales from Triebel, without intermediaries such as importers or wholesalers. More than 3,000 products are available online, with shopping cart and favourites management, and large orders can be processed via CSV or PDF uploads from the buyer’s ERP system. The aim is to save customers time, reduce errors and provide full control over procurement.
Triebel also continues to rely on modern technology in production. With the recent addition of the WMM 450 optical coordinate measuring machine from Dr. Schneider Messtechnik, measurements can be performed more accurately and efficiently, even on complex workpieces. This strengthens quality assurance and ensures that all tools, along with the standard measurement protocols provided by Triebel, meet the high expectations of customers.
For ambitious handloaders, Triebel has unveiled two new products that enhance precision and flexibility. The fully redesigned ClickXact® micrometer adjuster combines fine adjustability, ease of use and robust manufacturing quality. Seating depth can now be finely adjusted in 0.02-mm increments, with a total adjustment range of around 12 mm, which can also be modified via spindle positioning or spindle replacement. An integrated locking mechanism prevents unintended rotation. The ClickXact® is compatible with all Triebel bullet seating heads with M4 threaded connections and fits 7/8-inch bullet seating dies, both with crimping function and the Bench-Rest version. With a suitable adapter, it can also be used on 1 1/4-inch dies. Featuring a durable blued finish and laser engraving, the ClickXact® combines functionality with high-quality design.
Complementing the range is a new .308 Winchester full-length sizing die with interchangeable neck-sizing ring. It sizes the fired cartridge case from the base to the shoulder, including the neck, with the neck diameter adjusted via the inserted bushing. By simply changing the precision-ground bushing, sizing can be adapted to different case wall thicknesses and customer requirements. Triebel developed this die based on customer feedback to provide a flexible tool for precise handloading. The first series is available from stock and can be ordered through official distribution partners.
For authorities and the law enforcement sector, Triebel is now offering standardised cartridge chamber gauges in NATO form (AEP-97). The goal is to provide easily available gauges for NATO calibres for both authorities and firearms manufacturers. The result is precise NATO-form cartridge chamber gauges, available as standard items, produced Made in Germany.
To further develop its production processes, Triebel is currently seeking an engineering and operations manager. Michael Triebel, authorised officer and quality manager, said: “We will continue to invest in committed people, modern technology, and strategic partnerships to be even more powerful and reliable as a provider of high-quality tools worldwide. At the same time, we aim to actively shape the future of the industry, set new impulses, and enable our customers with our tools to develop innovative cartridges, new calibers, and modern firearms faster and bring them to market.”
Through its mix of digital processes, cutting-edge manufacturing and innovative products, Triebel continues to provide added value to professionals in handloading, hunting, sport shooting and authorities – combining quality, precision and efficiency under the banner of Made in Germany.
