Jim Halsted joined ProForce in 2019 and swiftly made a significant impact as Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. During his four and a half years in this role, Jim consistently surpassed annual sales goals, making invaluable contributions to the company's ongoing success.
Before joining ProForce, Jim served as Vice President of US Major Accounts at Axon / Taser, where he devoted 14 years to the company. His extensive experience and dedication in the industry have been instrumental in shaping his exceptional leadership skills.
Jim's journey of service began as a police officer with the Chandler Police Department in Arizona, where he displayed unwavering commitment, rising to the rank of Sergeant before retiring in 2004. He also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an achievement that further exemplifies his dedication and tenacity.
